This is where PWI gets personal. Tier 3 pairs your team directly with CEO Water Mandate experts for roughly 12 months of tailored, one-on-one guidance — covering up to three sites and built entirely around your organization’s specific needs. Through monthly or bimonthly check-ins and in-person workshops where possible, you’ll get strategic guidance to embed PWI into your water strategy, technical review of your baseline data and target-setting, hands-on help getting your Internal Tracking Framework up and running, support mapping and engaging stakeholders, and communications support for reporting your progress. Think of it as a strategy partner in your corner — not a replacement for the consultants handling day-to-day implementation, but the expert guidance that makes sure that implementation is pointed in the right direction.
